Service is available at our Auburn location or on-site, depending on the type of service needed. Walk-ins are always welcome during regular business hours, and no appointment is required for device drop-off. Calling ahead is optional, but may help expedite service and allow us to plan for your visit. Walk-in customers can check in and leave their device for diagnosis or repair. Immediate technician availability cannot always be guaranteed, as we may be assisting other customers or providing on-site service.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. Credit and debit cards are processed by chip reader or tap to pay - our point of sale system does not allow for swipe or manual entry. All checks are verified with the bank and processed by ErlenTek immediately at the time of checkout.
