ErlenTek was founded by Jeremy Erlenbusch, a Senior Computer and Network Support Technician with over a decade of professional experience supporting both enterprise environments and individual clients.

Jeremy completed two college degrees (graduating valedictorian in both) and earned a CompTIA A+ certification early in his career. His technical background includes:
